Boots here we come

6 november 2017 - Christchurch, Nieuw-Zeeland

Unfortunately we had to go back to Christchurch because I had left my walking shoes there. That would be a two and a half hour drive, one way. Luckly we met some people that day and they told us that the highway was closed during the week. And now it was monday. But that only took an half hour longer. When we hadn't met those people we would have found that out too late and then we had to turn around and that would have took longer then just half an hour. So thanks Simone for the time that you took for searching shelves.

In Christchurch we did some groceries and now we had our passport with us. I wanted to ask if they had some port so I put my basket on the ground and asked someone. In about five minutes I came back and our basket was gone. They clean that up quickly! They didn't got any port so we got our stuff again and went to the liquershop. Apparently you need them in the supermarket but not in a liquershop, weird.

We made wraps and our left overs we gave to a family who were there aswell. And for the first time we went to play some cards. Normally Simone always wins but this time I got lucky. And that with a glas of port and cheese (brie and camembert), hmmm. Holiday!
